From food access and maternal and infant health to healthcare navigation, youth programs, and career pathways, we bring essential resources together in one place so individuals and families can move forward with clarity and confidence.

AccessConnectNY aims to build a more connected, equitable system of care where community resources are not only available, but truly accessible, understandable, and responsive to the people they serve.

Our Team
Fatima Kaleem - Founder
Fatima Kaleem leads the development and vision of AccessConnectNY, working to expand access to community resources and create stronger connections between individuals and local organizations. As the founder of AccessConnectNY, Fatima is dedicated to making information about services, opportunities, and support systems more accessible. Currently a student at New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study, Fatima focuses on community engagement, outreach, and building innovative solutions that address gaps in resource accessibility.
Dr. Anna Di - Co Founder
Dr. Anna Di helps with moving AccessConnectNY forward through her expertise in marketing, web design, and networking. Dr. Anna Di is a chiropractor and owner of UNITY Chiropractic Wellness in New York City. She is also the Secretary and Treasurer of the New York State Chiropractic Association – Manhattan District.
She has been featured as a healthcare media contributer by appearing for interviews on Pix11 News (8x), Fox5 Good Day New York, CBS2, HealthCentral, Forbes, The Spruce, Well + Good, Health.com, Authority Magazine (Medium), Architectural Digest, MSN, Good Housekeeping, Everyday Health, and National Post.
